As of 14 January 2026, BSP has changed the XBID Gate Closure Time (GCT) for the Slovenian delivery area from 60 minutes to 30 minutes before delivery. This change applies to the SI–AT, SI–HR, and SI–IT borders and provides market participants additional time to make use of more cost-efficient balancing resources.
